  • Ensure that your Submitted Content does not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property rights.

  • Have the necessary qualifications, credentials, and expertise to teach and offer the services you provide.

  • Maintain a quality of service that meets the standards of your industry.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:

  • Post or provide any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.

  • Use the services for any business other than providing educational services.

  • Infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Engage in any activity that could lead to CTC paying royalties or other fees for the public performance of your content.

2. Credentialing Process

Career Training and Certification, LLC (CTC) will verify the credentials of all instructors who register to teach on www.ctceducate.com. The credentialing process involves:

  • Submission of all relevant educational and professional qualifications by the instructor.

  • Verification of these qualifications through a third-party service or by CTC's internal credentialing team.

  • A review of the instructor's teaching experience and expertise to ensure they meet CTC's standards.

  • Ongoing periodic reviews to maintain the integrity and quality of the educational content offered on the platform.

3. License to CTC

You grant CTC the rights to offer, market, and otherwise exploit your Submitted Content, including the right to modify content to ensure accessibility. This includes the right to sublicense rights to students and third parties. You may remove your Submitted Content at any time, subject to rights previously granted to students or other users.

4. Trust & Safety

Compliance: You must adhere to CTC's Trust & Safety policies and any content quality standards. CTC reserves the right to remove content, suspend payouts, or ban instructors for violations of these policies.

Co-Instructors and Assistants: If you add co-instructors or teaching assistants, you must comply with CTC's relevant policies and accept responsibility for their actions affecting your content and account.

5. Pricing and Promotions

You may set prices for your content within the parameters provided by CTC. Participation in promotional or marketing programs is optional but can impact the pricing and revenue sharing of your content.

6. Payments

Revenue Share: CTC calculates your revenue share based on the net amount received from students after deductions for transaction taxes and any other applicable fees.

Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal, Stripe, or another approved method. You are responsible for providing accurate payment account information and complying with tax requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others, ensuring that your use of content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your instructor account at any time through your account settings. Certain obligations and rights, such as your content's accessibility to students who have already enrolled, may survive account termination.
