CTC was founded by Eseosa “Tony” Amenaghawon a dynamic healthcare leader,
educator, and visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of progressive leadership
across hospital systems, academic institutions, and professional training organizations.
As the Founder and CEO of CTC Educate, Tony launched the platform with a mission to
close the global skills gap by making high-quality, credential-backed education
accessible to learners and professionals worldwide.
Tony holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Information Management & Informatics
from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, along with numerous industry
certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, CRCST, CIS, CHL, and CER. He has served in
senior executive roles at nationally recognized institutions such as ProMedica,
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and Mercy Health—where he led cross-functional teams,
oversaw multi-site operations, and spearheaded large-scale workforce development
and training initiatives.
A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Tony brings together his expertise in
healthcare operations, project management, and instructional design to build scalable
learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of individuals, organizations, and the
global workforce. He serves as a voting member of the AAMI Sterilization Standards
Committee, a Board Member of the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA),
and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Tony’s leadership is driven by a simple yet powerful belief: education should be a
bridge—not a barrier—to opportunity.
