Fees: You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase. CTC will charge your payment method for any such fees.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.


4. User Conduct

Permissible Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Actions: You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services or the servers and networks connected to the services.


5. Intellectual Property

CTC’s Rights: All rights in and to the services and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any content from our services unless authorized by us.

User Contributions: You retain all your ownership rights to the content you submit. By posting content, you grant CTC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content.


6. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

Arbitration Agreement: You agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration, except otherwise stated.

Modification of Terms: CTC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
